This Agreement is between Raymarin LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of Manna Meals (the "App" or "Service"), and you ("you" or "User"), a user of the Service. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy at https://manna-meals.vercel.app/privacy.html, form a binding contract between you and us.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last changed.
By accessing or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have reached the age of majority if that is not 13 years of age where you live) and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms.
Manna Meals is a mobile application that provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Service at any time without notice. All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including all intellectual property rights) remain with and belong exclusively to Raymarin LLC.
Manna Meals is offered through an auto-renewable subscription ("Premium") that unlocks full access to the App, including the recipe library, automatic grocery lists, weekly plan refresh, batch cooking mode, and drag-and-drop meal swapping.
Plans: We offer a monthly plan and an annual plan. Exact current pricing is displayed in the App and in the applicable app store listing before you subscribe, and may vary by region and currency.
Free Trial: New subscribers may be offered a free trial period (currently 7 days) before the paid subscription begins. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan you selected.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the same plan and duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and you will be charged the same price unless the price has changed (in which case you will be notified as required by the applicable app store).
Payment Processing: All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (or by Google Play, where applicable), using the payment method associated with your app store account. Raymarin LLC does not collect, process, or store your credit card or other payment information — this is handled entirely by Apple/Google in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
Managing or Canceling Your Subscription: You can review, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings (on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: All billing is handled by Apple (or Google Play, where applicable). Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the applicable app store and are granted at that store's discretion, not by Raymarin LLC directly.
Beta and Test Access: Testers using TestFlight, internal, or other pre-release builds designated by us may be granted full access at no charge for the purpose of testing; this access is not a purchased subscription and may be revoked or changed at any time.

NO MEDICAL ADVICE: The meal plans, recipes, and dietary suggestions provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and convenience purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, dietary, nutritional, or health advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
FOOD ALLERGIES & SAFETY: While you can input your food allergies into the App, AI-generated meal plans may still contain allergens. Always verify ingredients and consult product labels. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse health effects.
Meal plans, recipes, and recipe extraction from photos or PDFs you submit (Scan recipe) are generated using Google's Gemini API. AI-generated content may:
You acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be relied upon without independent verification. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content.
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, design, trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Marks"), is owned by or licensed to Raymarin LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create in the Service (meal plans, grocery lists, notes). Recipes, grocery lists, and ongoing meal plans are stored on your device. A copy of your onboarding week’s meal plan is stored on our servers (Firebase Firestore), tied to your account, and is deleted when you delete your account.
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services, including:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or data practices of third-party services.
If you download the App from a third-party app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), you acknowledge and agree:

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAYMARIN LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR $100.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raymarin LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
By You: You may delete your account in the app (Profile). Deletion is immediate and permanent and removes your account and associated server data. It does not cancel an App Store subscription — see Section 3. You may also:
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Local data on your device remains until you uninstall the App or delete your account in the app. Termination by us does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at contact@mannamealsapp.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, you and Raymarin LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules or Consumer Arbitration Rules (as applicable).
Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND RAYMARIN LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@mannamealsapp.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you and Raymarin LLC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@mannamealsapp.com, and we will delete such information.
The Service is controlled and operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Raymarin LLC regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
